Managed Services LLC dba Managed Dogs is committed to making our website accessible to all visitors, including those with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.

What we've built in

• Skip navigation link — a "Skip to content" link at the top of every page lets keyboard users jump past the navigation directly to main content.

• Semantic HTML — proper heading structure, landmark regions, and ARIA labels throughout so screen readers can navigate effectively.

• Alternative text — all meaningful images include descriptive alt text. Decorative images are marked as such.

• Keyboard navigation — all interactive elements (links, buttons, forms) are fully accessible via keyboard.

• Colour contrast — text and UI elements meet or exceed WCAG AA contrast ratios.

• Reduced motion — animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion system setting.

• Responsive design — the site works at all screen sizes and with browser zoom up to 200%.

Known limitations

While we strive for full accessibility, some third-party components (including our booking form and chatbot) are provided by external services and may not meet all accessibility standards. We are actively working with these providers to improve the experience.
